Unsatisfied- The Replacements

I usually try post one song every one to two days that did not come out within the past year. This is off of their album Let It Be that was released in 1984. This album is one of my favorites of all time. If you want another opinion, other than my own, Rolling Stone Magazine placed it on their list of 500 best albums of all time; it was placed at 239 (I think it should be higher, but whatever). If 239 does not seem that high to you, think of ALL the good albums out there! So many!

All of their songs are just excellent rock n roll! Tim and Let It Be are among my favorite albums of all time. Usually, most bands have a couple songs on each album where they one thinks "ehh this isn't that great.." But not the Replacements! I love all the songs on Tim and Let It Be.

This One's Different

This One's Different- Howler

I love this band's EP, This One's Different, very much. I think they are very talented and I can't wait to see what they do in the future. I like their lyrics, I am not sure why, but I just like them. I was actually reading a review for this band it said something like: "it's obvious that they are very influenced by The Vaccines" and I like The Vaccines and all, but I just do not agree with that! If anything, I hear a bit of The Replacements, and maybe The Strokes and a few other bands. I am not sure what his name but the guitarist in this song is really good. He has this solo guitar and it is just very great, it's probably my favorite part of the entire song. On the youtube link I posted, the caption says "This band needs to be heard," and I completely agree!

I think the long guitar solo that lasts through most of the song is amazing. I love the melody. I love this entire song and every aspect of it. I find the extremely long opening great and just wonderful. I love his voice as well.

I just really adore this song and this band. They're one of my faves at the moment. Their album Let It Be is one of my favorite albums ever.

Ah! I just love this song so much, I can't stop listening to it. The lyrics are very poetic and I just love them.
