What do you think of the 2012 inductees?

Recently, I was reading this list of artists that have been snubbed, they're bands/musicians that are eligible (sometimes have been for years) but not inducted! Here is the list. Some of the artists on this list in my opinion should have been inducted as soon as they were eligible. Yes, the Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame has most of the greats, but they are definitely missing some huge game-changers.

Recently, I saw Mick Jagger and Fergie along with U2 and Will.I.Am do a performance of it on the 25th Anniversary of the Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Fame Special. I don't think that is the actual name, but that is what I am going to call it because I can't remember. The first members were inducted in 1986. The 1986 induction included: Elvis, Buddy Holly, Little Richard, Fats Domino, Ray Charles, and more. I was confused wondering why the Beatles and The Stones and HUGE groups such as those were not one of the first to be inducted, but you are only eligible 25 years after the release of your first record... of course they're in their now.
