Will Do- TV On the Radio

I am blogging about TV On the Radio because this morning the bassist from TV On the Radio, Gerard Smith died of lung cancer. He was only 34 and it is so terribly sad that he is gone. I am so sorry to his bandmates from TV On the Radio as well as his family. Nine Types of Light is TV On the Radio's last album where he is playing the bass (obviously) and it is amazing. I was just listening to this song and I payed particular attention to the bass part and it is very good. He was very talented and TV On the Radio's songs will never be the same again. At the begininng of the song, I thought it was going to be electronic so I was really confused because the other songs I know by TV On the Radio are no where near electronic. But as it goes on, it gets more alternative again.

This is one of my favorite songs and has been for a while now. You cant really understand the lyrics to well but the song has a great beat! I also love the name of this album, Return to Cookie Mountain.

Shout Me Out- Tv On the Radio

I really like band Tv On the Radio, sadly like the name of the band more than the actual band. Don't get me wrong, I think Tv On the Radio is a really good band. I just love the name that much. Shout Me Out has a very interesting beat and it is a very unique song. It is refreshing because it is not like the other songs I hear. I really I hope you like it, but for me, personally, I had to listen to it a few times before I really began to like it.
